Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your Kingdom Kloth. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your t-shirt(s) within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition, with tags still attached
• Free of stains, scents, or damage

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? No problem! Contact us within 7 days and we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange, based on availability.

 

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we’re not responsible for lost return packages.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale, Custom Orders, or limited-edition drops are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
